CFM Consulting Ltd. evaluates all of its programmes and has received many plaudits for its evaluation reports over the years. In some of our clients, the evaluation reports are used to meet the stringent standards of European Quality systems and Audit trails from the Federal Drugs Agency in the United States.

Our evaluation goes beyond the Kirkpatrick model - the traditional approach to training evaluation - and the reports yield information that improves operational improvements also. This means that there is a return on investment even for the evaluation!
