Since leaving Financial Services thirteen years ago Mary has grown her own consulting business working on a variety of assignments in both the private and public sectors; in both large complex organisations and medium sized enterprises. She presents regularly on the topic of Transactional Analysis and has recently completed a foundation course on Supervision of Coaches.


Coaching and training across a range of industries working at management and strategic executive level.


Mary is a qualified Executive Coach and member of the EMCC with over 15 years’ experience in working with senior executives up to CEO level in both private and public sector organisations.
Mary’s business acumen and specialist knowledge were gained in the Financial Services sector where her role latterly was to gain top level agreement to and ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies which supported the achievement of the organisation’s strategic plan.
