It was a natural progression- my working life to date has been focused on individual and group development and coaching draws on all aspects of my experience.

I’m constantly working hard to read all those books I recommend to my clients. One book I like is ‘The Psychology of Executive Coaching’ by Bruce Peltier.

Any moment when a client realises they can choose how to think or behave.
Philosophy
I enjoy the ‘Collaborative Alchemy’ of the coaching process, enjoying the opportunity to learn with back office as well as Cabinet Office clients. Never underestimate the power of making small changes.
