What Inspired You to go Into coaching?

Several years ago I was having coaching conversations with my HR team during a transitional phase. I saw what a drastic difference it made within people.

Recommended Reading

Coaching at Work Magazine is an easy hour’s read to keep current. As for books, two I enjoyed are The Psychology of Coaching by Bruce Peltier and Psychological Dimensions of Executive Coaching by Peter Bluckert.

Greatest Coaching Moment

When a global leader bared his true self to his team during a team workshop and they said for the first time in two years that he had their support going forward.

What is Your Future Vision for Your Coaching?

Seeing companies support and recognise the benefit of coaching at more levels – it is not just for senior leaders anymore!

Your Philosophy

A saying from Henry David Thoreau....If a man does not keep pace with his companions perhaps it is because he hears the beat of a different drummer, let him step to the music he hears however measured or far away. Find what one does best – and exploit it to the fullest – it is the differences in people in which true strength lies.

What Is the Most Important Question You Are Asking Yourself Right Now?

How much is the probable recession going to set back development of people and cause an even bigger rift in business?
