Augmented e-learning is a unique approach to tailored leaning and development. Our four core programme offerings; Coaching, Mentoring, Coaching Supervision and Sales Coaching involved specifically written and developed e-learning programmes though a bespoke platform. Each one consists of 12 x 30-minute modules. After 6 x 30-minute modules, you augment the study and learning with a 1 hour on line coaching session with one of our qualified coaches. This ensures that the trilogy of development (knowledge, skills & attitude) are developed and enhanced accordingly. This is typically a business-to-business transaction, however we can incorporate a business-to-consumer approach upon request.
